This half NY-steak-house/ half European-style bistro, located near Ebisu station, specializes in good meat. Their only burger (served in two different sizes) is very popular among customers. I quickly understood why: it was just excellent! The meat, 100% Australian beef, is first rate and charcoal grilled. It is juicy and tastes like heaven. Plus, you can choose how you like it cooked. The bun, toppings and condiments are discreet; they only accompany the taste of meat. The burger keeps its balance though and is not too meaty. The sauce is just right and creates a wonderful effect. Each bite is a joy with this European-style burger. I can only recommend this place.
