Teddys Bigger Burgers

You’ll find the only Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in Japan (Originally a Hawaiian burger chain) right next to the Omotesando Crossing, on the Meiji Avenue side, toward Shibuya. At Teddy’s you can order supersized burgers. They have all the classic items (Avocado burgers, chili burgers, many kinds of cheeseburgers…) and use a homemade sauce (which is actually good) everywhere. There’s only one Teddy’s in Japan but it still looks like a fast food chain (somehow it reminds me of In-N-Out, the fine Californian burger chain). Like In-N-Out, they serve better burgers than usual fast food burgers. No secret “animal-style” menu here though. And don’t expect a premium quality either. To be honest, I had mixed feelings. I found that the place was a bit expensive (knowing that you can find true gourmet burgers in the neighborhood like Fellows or The Great Burger for the same budget). Their burgers also lacked some weight and tang. Still, this is an original place, well-worth trying. Just go and make your own judgment.
