Founded in 1985 (well before the recent burger boom), Homework’s is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, burger venue in town. This is the “sempai” of all the burgers in Tokyo and it continues to thrive with a community of regulars. Let’s show some respect!
The menu is classic. The burgers taste good and the ingredients are of good quality. The meat comes from both Australia and New Zealand. The buns they use, 100% natural, are soft but very dense and dry, almost “bagel-like”. I admit I am not a fan but I can understand how other people may like it.
Note that there is no set so you have to order your side dish and drinks separately.
Homework’s is a decent alternative to Burger Mania, just 5-min away (if you don’t know Burger Mania, be sure to try it as well).
Note that they have a branch in Azabu too.
