Soul Dressing is a discreet burger joint, hidden in a back street between Ebisu station and Daikanyama, just in front of Blacows. I admit I have mixed feelings about this one. On the one hand, the burgers are cooked to order and obviously prepared with care. And they taste good. The staff is also super friendly and motivated. On the other hand though, the meat quality is average and hard to chew with some bulks of fat in it. Was I just out of luck that day? Well, maybe. I didn’t have time to give it another try so don’t hesitate to give your feedbacks.
I give them a lot of credit however for trying to pull something off with one of the best burger venues just next door (see Blacows).
